One of the goals of the WTSA State Officer team has been to reevaluate the current process for electing state officers and modify it in a way that ensures the best six candidates are elected to office. This modification must fall within the current constitution. As such we have developed the process outlined in the document below in which candidates apply to be part of the State Officer Team and the WTSA membership votes for the six individuals they most want to have be their state officers. This will ensure that we elect the best six candidates and that all officers are filled with quality people.
Washington TSA is now accepting applications for qualified individuals to run for the 2010-11 State Officer Team. This is an exciting opportunity for students to develop as leaders and help our organization be the best it can be. If you have a student in your chapter you think would make a great State Officer, encourage them to run. You maybe you want to be part of this unique experience. To apply, please download and read the items below. Then Complete and Return the materials to Washington TSA by March 1st.
